This is a Gloucestershire County Council job located in Cheltenham.
We are looking for a full-time Team Administrator to join our Cheltenham Locality Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and providing administrative support in a busy environment.
As a Team Administrator, you will:
- Provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Adult Social Care Team.
- Take calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner is a must.
- Input data into internal systems.
- Schedule meetings and book rooms, as well as take minutes of meetings.
- Respond to, redirect emails and manage a generic mailbox.
Training and support in these key areas will be given.
About You:
You will have strong communication and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have some experience of working in a busy office environment. You will have good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office. If you are enthusiastic, proactive and enjoy working within a team, then this could be the ideal role for you!
