The Company is a global enterprise asset management solutions provider with a strong focus on IBM Maximo. It provides a wide suite of tools and services: cloud hosting, mobile field-apps, GIS/spatial solutions, data/reporting tools, and standard Maximo implementations or upgrades.

This role is offered either as remote work (home-based) or from a Leeds office (preferred as a hybrid solution).

This role is a senior and strategic management position reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Cloud Services and is located within the Service Management division of the Cloud and Technical Services organization. This is a global team position and carries an allowance for time worked outside the postholder's regular working day hours to meet with colleagues and customers in different global territories if required.

The successful candidate will design, manage and run the global patching effort functions within the business, owning the three-year forward plan of patching cycles, the compatibility matrix showing supported versions, and all the internal stakeholder and external client communication channels.

This role is not technical and would suit a project manager, master scheduler/planner, manager, coordinator, communicator, and facilitator. Client and stakeholder-facing skills are essential. Autonomy and the ability to design processes, not just use them, are an advantage.
