My client is a large developer with a network of offices, typically building 500 units per year from this office, focusing more on houses than flatted developments.
The Commercial Director at the Malmesbury Office is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of up to 2/3 new housing developments, work as part of the Commercial team, and protect the viability of projects. It is preferred that candidates have worked for a housing developer or have proven experience in a New Build capacity, which could be with a building contractor. With some training, you will be running 2 projects while reporting to the SQS and Commercial Manager. Coins experience is desirable.
