The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team.
The role will involve:
- Provide architectural/technical support and technical guidance for regional site and office based operations.
- Provide Technical Support in respect of planning applications.
- To co-ordinate and manage the issue of technical documentation.
- Maintain documentation for the standard product portfolio.
- It is strongly preferred that you have experience on volume residential projects, mainly housing.
The salary is 30 to 40K depending on experience.
