They have standard house types The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team. The role will involve: Provide architectural/technical support and technical guidance for regional site and office based operations. Provide Technical Support in respect of planning applications. To co-ordinate and manage the issue of technical documentation. Maintain documentation for the standard product portfolio. It is strongly preferred that you have experience on volume residential projects, mainly housing.
