Marketing Manager

The Role

Part-time | 18–24 hours per week | Flexible hybrid/remote working | Salary up to £55,000 FTE, depending on experience

Chris Lewis is a specialist fire and security business delivering high‑trust, premium technology solutions for discerning clients and complex environments.

We work with prestigious organisations including the University of Oxford, Royal Palaces and County Councils, often alongside consultants, architects and interior designers where credibility, polish and reliability matter.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help us build a consistent, effective marketing engine that supports growth while protecting and elevating our brand.

You’ll work closely with leadership and the sales team to generate qualified opportunities, strengthen our premium positioning, and turn subject‑matter expertise into high‑quality marketing assets across content, events, partnerships, email, website and performance channels.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create compelling case studies, articles, white papers, guides and sales collateral that support growth and build trust.
  • Plan and deliver client events and technology showcase activity, including promotion, logistics, follow‑up and post‑event assets.
  • Develop account‑based marketing activity for target accounts, including messaging, content offers, outreach coordination and performance tracking.
  • Build co‑marketing initiatives with consultants, architects, interior designers and referral partners.
  • Own customer email marketing in Hub Spot, including segmentation, campaign planning, copywriting, automation and reporting.
  • Manage website, SEO and agency activity, keeping partners accountable for quality, delivery and measurable performance.
  • Support lead generation and conversion activity, with Google Ads experience a useful advantage.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience marketing B2B services, premium home services, or another high‑trust sector.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with examples of content such as case studies, articles, guides or sales materials.
  • Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot, especially email marketing, segmentation, basic automation and reporting.
  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy and how to brief, review and measure agency work.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, technical teams and sales colleagues.
  • Organised, outcome‑driven and comfortable owning activity from idea through to delivery and reporting.
  • A strong eye for quality, brand consistency and premium customer experience.
  • Nice to have
  • Hands‑on Google Ads experience, including conversion tracking and landing page alignment.
  • Experience with account‑based marketing tools, workflows or measurement.
  • Experience running high‑quality client‑facing events.
