Head of Sales

The Role

Are you an experienced sales leader looking for the opportunity to shape strategy, develop a high‑performing team and drive real business growth?

Chris Lewis Group is one of the UK's leading independent Fire, Security, Smart Home and Intelligent Technology companies.

For over 30 years we've protected and connected some of the country's most prestigious organisations, iconic buildings, ultra‑high‑net‑worth private clients, and exceptional residential properties.

Our customers include the University of Oxford, Royal Palaces, the Tower of London, local authorities, blue‑chip organisations and private estates where discretion, quality and service are paramount.

We're now looking for an outstanding Head of Sales to lead our commercial function and help grow our contract customer base by 50% over the next two years.

This is far more than a sales management role.

You'll be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving the commercial strategy of a business with an outstanding reputation and significant growth ambitions.

You'll have the freedom to influence direction, build capability, develop people and create a high‑performance sales culture.

  • What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing sales team.
  • Creating and delivering a market‑leading sales strategy.
  • Driving profitable growth across Fire, Security, Smart Home and Intelligent Technology.
  • Winning new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Developing strategic partnerships and major accounts.
  • Building a robust pipeline and improving conversion across every stage of the sales process.
  • Using CRM, data and technology to improve forecasting, reporting and sales performance.
  • Working closely with the Board to shape future growth.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • You’ll be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of growing revenue, developing successful sales teams and delivering consistent commercial performance.
  • You’ll combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and be equally comfortable coaching individuals, engaging with major clients and influencing business direction.
  • Experience within Fire & Security, Smart Home, Building Technologies, AV, Electrical, Construction, Engineering or other technical B2B sectors would be advantageous, although we welcome outstanding commercial leaders from comparable industries.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious, commercially astute and passionate about building winning teams.

Why Join Chris Lewis Group?

  • Join one of the UK's most respected independent technology integration businesses.
  • Work with prestigious commercial customers, iconic landmarks and ultra‑high‑net‑worth private clients.
  • Deliver projects across exceptional homes, estates and high‑profile properties.
  • Be part of an ambitious leadership team with genuine influence over business strategy.
  • Shape the future of a growing organisation with significant opportunities for career progression.
  • Competitive remuneration package with performance‑based rewards.

We value your progression as much as our own.

You’ll have the autonomy to make high‑impact decisions, the support of an expert leadership team, and a culture that actively invests in development and training.
