The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to generate and coordinate high-quality deal flow across the business.
Working closely with the Directors and Partners and sector teams, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate finance opportunities and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers. Using a combination of financial news monitoring, business intelligence platforms, highly tuned internal research and market insight, you will help identify companies where a future corporate finance transaction is likely and secure introductory meetings with key stakeholders.
You will also prepare detailed briefing materials ahead of meetings to ensure the attending individual is fully informed on the target business, its strategy, and potential transaction drivers. As a dedicated deal originator supporting specific sector teams, you will contribute to sector-focused marketing initiatives, participate in team strategy discussions, and work closely with the firm’s research function to build targeted pipelines of prospective clients.
