Corporate Finance Manager – East Midlands
Looking to take the next big step in your Corporate Finance career?
This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firm that’s making real waves in the Midlands market.
Our client is a thriving national Corporate Finance house, and with strong growth in their East Midlands office, they’re on the lookout for a bright, ambitious Manager to help drive their expansion.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of exciting transactions – from MBOs and MBIs through to acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory work. You’ll have the opportunity to shape deals end-to-end: preparing businesses for sale, supporting PE-backed growth plans, researching and approaching buyers, assessing bids, and steering clients through legal and completion stages.
This isn’t just another role — it’s a platform to:
Work on high-profile, varied transactions.
Build deep client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
Join a business with genuine growth potential, where your career can accelerate.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with several years’ post-qualified experience in a deals environment.
- A proven track record in Corporate Finance or another transaction-focused role.
- Strong technical and commercial skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Someone dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ready to make an impact.
On top of a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy an excellent bonus scheme — plus the chance to grow with a business that’s going places.
If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and excited by the idea of shaping the future of Corporate Finance in the Midlands and beyond, we’d love to hear from you.
