Dealership Accountant required to produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts and balance sheets for your area of responsibility. Monitor the financial performance of each department, advise senior managers of variances, and produce detailed analyses when necessary. Assist in ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Report and distribute weekly vehicle-related debts and ensure collection is monitored. Prepare annual business plans in conjunction with management and liaise with auditors and statutory representatives as needed. Perform ad hoc tasks to support the General Manager.
Previous retail automotive accounts experience and a strong understanding of accounting processes, including Kerridge, are required. This position necessitates prior motor retail experience.
