Description Management Accountant required to advise the General Manager and other senior managers on financial matters, monitor Cash flow and Financial Performance of each department. To maintain a sound financial base for the dealership to ensure compliance with Group Accounting Directives and control company funds and assets. Preparation of accurate and timely dealership accounts. Monitor cash flow and budgetary position of all departments on a weekly/ monthly basis.Maintenance of good credit control and of sound accounting procedures and systems. Assist other managers with the financial management of their departments Preparation of annual budgets, in conjunction with departmental managers, for submission to Head Office Submission of Weekly Operating Controls to Head Office. Preparation of quarterly VAT returns, payment of monthly PAYE to Inland Revenue, Review of payroll output, maintenance of company asset register, review of new and used vehicle stocks on a regular basis.Day to day management of finance department personnel and vehicle administrators. Preparation and submission of monthly dealer composites to manufacturers. You will be skilled on the Autoline Kerridge system.ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
