The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Produce management accounts, management information, and manufacturer returns to enable effective decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly site and consolidated management accounts to specified deadlines.
  • Acquaint the Financial Controller and General Managers of downturn areas.
  • Ensure all control accounts are reconciled monthly.
  • Reconcile certain stock accounts monthly with physical counts.
  • Adhere to accounting procedures throughout the department and the Company.
  • Undertake internal audits within the company as required.
  • Prepare and submit Manufacturer returns.
  • Prepare/consolidate group format profit forecasts – weekly, quarterly, and ad-hoc.
  • Analyze and compare financial and non-financial key indicators, presenting to management in a meaningful format.
  • Assist with working capital management – controlling funding/loan accounts, forecasting cash flow, etc.
  • Prepare financial year-end statutory accounts and full supporting packs.
  • Prepare draft budgets, both capital and revenue, in conjunction with the General Managers and Financial Controller.
  • Attend management meetings and training activities when required.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to General and Line Management.
  • Perform other tasks as reasonably requested by the Financial Controller or Franchise Director.
  • Operate the Kerridge system.
