Specialist Recruitment Consultants to the Automotive Industry
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the finance function and deliver accurate timely financial information including preparation of Monthly Accounts, Budgets, Re-Forecasts, VAT/Tax computations delivered within agreed time-scales.
- IFC Submissions for Head Office.
- Management of reporting systems.
- Accurate reconciliations including management of the bank daily balance position.
- Internal Control system adherence - ensure management are aware of potential issues.
- External / Internal Audit liaison.
- Contribute ideas to increase the efficiencies of the policies/systems which already exist within the Accounts team, whilst adhering to the current processes.
- Reporting of accurate and timely financial information, debt resolution, bank position, audit reporting, ICS issues.
- Managing People and Performance, problem solving and decision making.
- Extensive knowledge of Drive/Kerridge Dealer Management System.
- Experience of Motor Industry Accounting is essential.
