This is a temporary assignment for approximately 12 months, involving the production of accurate monthly management accounts in line with standard accounting practices and Group policies, submitted within strict deadlines.
The role includes:
- Attending monthly business reviews with the Dealer Principal and line managers to provide financial and operational guidance
- Analyzing key performance indicators to identify weaknesses and profit opportunities
- Participating in annual budget preparation
- Full monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Payroll input
- VAT returns
- Manufacturer composites
- Other ad-hoc reporting as required
Skills & Attributes:
- Kerridge/CDK experience
- Previous motor trade experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills with attention to errors
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
