Banking Accounts Assistant to work in a very busy environment dealing with cash books and reconciliations. You will have extensive banking experience within a motor retail environment and Kerridge skills.
Duties include:
- Collect PDQ slips and daily spreadsheet.
- Notify any fines due to missing slips.
- Post Daily PDQs and ensure any queries are dealt with and resolved.
- Bank cash and cheques.
- Match vehicle debtor debits and credits, resolve queries and action.
- Distribute debit list.
- Process credit card refunds and other reconciliations as required.
- Provide holiday cover for other accounts roles and perform other accounts ad hoc tasks as required.
You will have attention to detail, collate and record information accurately, and maintain accurate records. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed, have a flexible approach, and a positive attitude.
