Our client is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and team working skills to join an established, lively team. You need to be competent working with Excel, web-based systems, and have motor trade and DMS experience.
Duties include:
- Assisting the Accountant with month end and year end accounts procedures.
- Month end vehicle reconciliations.
- Trial Balance, reports, and resolving accounting issues.
- Petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Raising cheques and overseeing purchase ledger and sales ledger.
- Assisting with other general administrative ad hoc tasks and holiday cover within the centralised accounts function.
