Description Banking Accounts Assistant to work in a very busy environment to deal with cash books and reconciliations.
You will have extensive banking experience within a motor retail environment and Kerridge skils
Responsibilities
- Collect PDQ slips and daily spreadsheet, notify any fines due to missing slips.
- Post Daily PDQs, ensure any queries are dealt with and resolved; bank cash and cheques.
- Match vehicle debtor debits and credits; resolve queries and action, distribute debit list.
- Process credit card refunds, other reconciliation as required.
- Holiday cover of other accounts roles and other accounts ad hoc taks as required.
- Profile / Requirements
You will have attention to detail, collate and record information accurately and maintain accurate records.
You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed, have flexible approach and a positive attitude.
