We are seeking a Temporary Dealership Accountant responsible for producing monthly management accounts, key figures, and statistics. The role involves contributing to the dealership's effective operation and development by providing advice and information on all financial matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Submitting manufacturer composites
- Reconciling all balance sheets monthly
- Communicating any site-based discrepancies or issues to the Financial Controller
- Strict adherence to financial controls and policies
- Preparing files for internal and external audits as needed
- Reconciling and attending vehicle and parts stock-takes
- Providing input into the annual budget and re-forecasts
- Weekly forecasting and budgeting
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced management accounting position, working to tight deadlines, with strong influencing and communication skills. You will work closely with the General Manager and deputize in their absence.
