CBCR Ltd is working in partnership with a highly successful construction company who have a very strong pipeline of Passive Fire Protection works to find an Operations Director / Manager to drive the business forward during the early growth phase.

The business is a new venture for a construction company with a current annual turnover of c.£65m and they have existing clients with requirements for Passive Fire Protection works. They are looking for an experienced Fire Protection specialist to drive this business to realise these opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience in securing accreditations, business development, pricing and managing projects and staff. Strong commercial acumen is essential, as is the drive and ambition to develop a business from strong foundations, with the support of the directors and senior management already in place.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work within a business that has an exceptional track-record in its sector and working culture.
