Senior Project Manager in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

CBCR Ltd is working with a highly successful refurbishment contractor to find a Project Manager to deliver a £20m hotel refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish and be able to deliver on a fixed timeline, while ensuring quality and safety. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project alongside Project QS
• Manage on-site operations, overseeing site teams and subcontractors
• Identify and manage variations alongside QS
• Manage client liaison

Qualifications

• Proven track-record in delivering refurb projects (ideally hotel / leisure) successfully in line with programme and budget
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills
• Ideally NVQ7 in Construction Management, or equivalent

The client offer an excellent working environment and flexible working. The project is based in Leicester, with site visits essential. The office is in Bury St Edmunds and there will some requirement to attend this location. There will be some flexible working offered as this client main concern is project delivery, not where you are based.
