As a Quantity Surveyor within CHPK Limited, you play a key role in supporting both pre‑ and post‑contract cost management services across a range of Commercial and Residential projects. You are responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all quantity surveying duties, from cost planning and tender management to contract administration and project completion. Your role is critical in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent client service and accurate cost management. This role will be remote with some office attendance required in the London office.
