We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertake application reviews and phone screening for roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide support and updates during the recruitment process.
- Liaise with candidates for onboarding and day one processes, acting as a first point of contact for new starters on their first day and ensuring all required compliance documentation is completed.
- Support the Talent Management team with arranging and attending job fairs at local schools, colleges and universities to encourage new talent into the housing industry.
- Assist with maintaining CHP’s talent pools and recruitment inbox.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of the purpose of recruitment in attracting, supporting and retaining the right people, and how this connects to wider HR practices.
- Proven work experience of working in a telephony environment.
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to use own initiative and work pro-actively as part of a team to achieve objectives and manage conflicting priorities.
Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role will be based in the office full time initially for a period of training before operating a hybrid working structure where you will be expected in a minimum of 2 days a week.
