We are looking for a Business Support Administrator on a part time basis of 37 hours per week, for a 5-month fixed term contract, who will play a key part in delivering efficient and effective administrative support to all Delta Housing teams. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment, while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertake driving licence checks for all Delta vehicle drivers as well as the “grey fleet”, i.e., employees who drive their own vehicles on Delta business, to ensure all drivers meet legal and company requirements.
- Provide effective administrative support relating to management of Delta’s fleet.
- Provide a full printing, scanning, document storage and business support service where this is required to support multiple Delta teams.
- Work with Business Support and Facilities colleagues to ensure there is appropriate cover for current and evolving workloads according to the needs of the service.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of office systems and procedures.
- High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Self-motivation with the ability to use own initiative.
Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: The successful candidate would be expected to be in the office full time. Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview stage.
