Choyce Components are looking to recruit a full time setter, operator in our milling department.
Working with both metals and plastics to produce components to a wide variety of industries from pharmaceutical to F1 and everything in-between.
The ideal candidate must have experience and will be working on the following machines.
HAAS VF1, VF2, VF4, VF11
Excellent rates of pay available depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC miller
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including setup
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
