Role Overview

Chosen Care Group is seeking an experienced and values-driven Registered Care Manager to lead and oversee our learning disability and autism services within supported living and single-occupancy placements. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of person-centred care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, sensory processing difficulties, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed practice, and structured, consistent care delivery. The successful candidate will be registered (or eligible to register) with the Care Quality Commission and demonstrate the ability to lead teams to deliver outstanding, outcome-focused support.
