We\’re looking for a Finance Operations Officer to play a vital role in protecting income, supporting payroll queries, and keeping our property and insurance operations running smoothly.
What You\’ll Be Responsible For
Rent collection across all properties
Arrears & debt recovery
Managing benefit-based rent with councils
Maintaining all property & vehicle insurance and apply claim
Handling payroll & finance related queries from staff
Supporting the Accounts Manager with daily finance operations
Keeping accurate, audit-ready financial records
Who We\’re Looking For
Experience in rent collection, finance admin, or debt recovery
Confident speaking with tenants, councils & staff
Strong organisation & attention to detail
Good IT skills (Finance systems)
Professional, calm & trustworthy approach
