Do you live and breathe luxury brands, typography and the creative landscape?

Are you a Senior 2D Designer with experience across branding and experiential design who wants to create work for brands like Montblanc, The Macallan and Johnnie Walker?

Chorus is looking for a curious, conceptual designer to help shape immersive brand experiences, visual identities and the future of our growing creative agency.

Who we are

Chorus is a bold, boutique collective of creative truth-tellers, imagineers, and skilled crafters. We orchestrate brand interactions that are impossible to ignore, blending strategy, design, and experience to help brands be felt, not just seen.

Our work is about more than storytelling. It is about creating worlds people can step into, participate in, and shape in their own way. We work across luxury, lifestyle, culture, hospitality and retail, delivering globally from our London studio.

Why Chorus?

Boutique with Bite

We pair ambitious thinking with meticulous execution. Our clients get the best of both worlds: strategic insight and creative confidence, agility and experience.

Ego-Free, Emotionally Intelligent

Our culture is built on collaboration, curiosity, generosity, and a complete lack of ego. We challenge each other, support each other, and create our best work together.

Sustainability as Standard

We are independently certified carbon neutral. Sustainability is not an afterthought; it informs how we think, design, and deliver.

Luxury & Theatre Heritage

We understand how to create experiences that feel considered, meaningful, and memorable. For us, luxury is not a visual style. It is how something makes people feel.

The role

We are looking for a Senior 2D Designer (Brand & Experience) to join our growing creative team.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, experience, culture, and design. You will help shape visual identities, develop creative concepts, build brand worlds, and create compelling creative responses for clients who want to create genuine connection with their audiences.

You will work across everything from experiential toolkits and luxury activations to brand communications, pitches, campaigns, presentations, and agency marketing.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to building something.

As a boutique agency, everyone has a voice and everyone contributes. You will work closely with the Creative Director, helping evolve not only client work but also the Chorus brand itself.

An ideal candidate will also pair strong creative instincts with exceptional organisation; you will help guide projects from idea to delivery with clarity and confidence.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, takes initiative, and is excited by the opportunity to shape the design of an ambitious creative business.

What you'll do

  • Lead the 2D design of brand and experience projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Build relationships with and manage specialist freelance talent and collaborate with external creative partners when required.
  • Create and develop visual identities, brand worlds, presentations, campaign assets, experiential graphics, and toolkit systems.
  • Work collaboratively across the wider creative, production, and client services teams.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, risks and blockers clearly to the Creative Director and wider project teams.
  • Generate, develop, and present ideas that challenge, excite, and inspire.
  • Help shape the 2D design of Chorus across marketing, social media, portfolios, case studies, credentials.
  • Stay connected to developments across culture, luxury, design, hospitality, retail, technology, and experience design.
  • Bring new references, ideas, and inspiration into the studio.
  • Mentor and support junior designers while contributing to a collaborative creative culture.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects the quality, ambition, and standards expected of Chorus.
  • Own relationship with print suppliers and work with the production team to oversee print elements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Chorus aesthetic, positioning, and creative offering.

Who you are

  • A creative thinker and doer with at least 8 years' experience within an agency, brand, or design environment.
  • A strong conceptual designer with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and beautiful execution.
  • Experienced in developing visual identities, campaigns, brand worlds, and design systems.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy.
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset, taking ownership and proactively identifying opportunities.
  • Naturally curious about the world around you and interested in culture, design, luxury, retail, hospitality, fashion, and emerging trends.
  • Excited by new ideas and eager to explore how cultural shifts can inspire better creative work.
  • Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively within a fast-moving environment.
  • Confident presenting ideas and discussing creative thinking with colleagues and clients.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others and helping raise the standard of work around them.
  • Someone who cares deeply about craft, detail, and quality but also understands the importance of strategy, insight, and commercial impact.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Motion design skills are a bonus but not essential.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative culture with genuine opportunities for growth and influence.
  • Private healthcare and discounted gym membership.
  • The opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and help shape the future of the agency.
  • A role with real ownership, responsibility, and creative impact.
  • The chance to create meaningful work for ambitious global brands.
