The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling, promoting and driving the growth success of our services capability within the Chorus Cyber partner ecosystem in particular, annuity security services delivered by our Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) across selected European countries along with our Distribution partnerships.

You will manage the end-to-end process of enabling new and existing partners, coordinating internal resources from technical, service and pre-sales consulting teams to deliver against these sales objectives.

In addition, you will attend regular meetings with partners and our distributors to uncover barriers to sale, identify product knowledge gaps and devise various business development strategies to generate new opportunities.

This sales role will require you to also provide accurate forecast information regarding the pipeline and projected revenue from your channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as your partners' primary point of contact and trusted advisor on go-to-market strategies with Chorus' services portfolio within Europe.
  • Provide sales enablement support and guidance on service capabilities and value propositions.
  • Create new and develop existing Chorus partnerships, coordinating with the partner sales and solutions team to promote the value of Chorus' services propositions.
  • Present to internal and external stakeholders, evangelize Chorus services throughout your partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and expand partner relationships by supporting operational success into long-term revenue growth.
  • Become an expert on Chorus' services portfolio, understand our unique service propositions and innovatively resolve partners' issues and identify opportunities to expand the partnership.
  • Develop a vision and strategy for each partner you manage by assessing each partner's strengths and weaknesses and assist partners in setting and achieving ambitious goals.

  • An experienced hands-on Partner Development Executive that drives mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • You'll collaborate with partners to develop and execute against a go-to-market (GTM) strategy evangelizing the value service proposition of Chorus within the partners' organisation.
  • You'll help deliver channel communications, support partners develop marketing collateral, and lead joint events in conjunction with the partners internal teams.
  • Responsible for the overall relationships of assigned countries & partners; be the single point of contact and coordinate internal resources to ensure the success of the region.
  • You'll become an expert on our services, our competition, and the markets in which we compete.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue from partners on a regular basis using sales CRM tools.
  • You'll track and report activities and progress of KPIs of assigned partners
