Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships, including trustees and executors.
- Strong technical knowledge of trust and estate administration, including CGT, IHT, domicile/residence issues, and reporting.
- Experience reviewing and preparing trust and estate accounts, tax returns, and complex advisory reports.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify planning opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience liaising with senior colleagues and clients.
- Ability to coach, review, and support junior team members effectively.
- Professionally qualified CTA or ACA qualification is essential.
What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for individual HNW clients, trustees, and executors.
- Work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on client matters and complex cases.
- Compliance & Advisory
- Review and manage the annual compliance cycle for trust and estate accounts and tax returns.
- Draft complex tax advisory reports for Directors, Partners, and clients.
- Provide technical advice on CGT, IHT, domicile/residence issues, and trust/company structures.
- Business Development & Planning
- Identify potential planning opportunities for clients and support business development activities.
- Assist with marketing, networking, and client growth initiatives.
