Our colleague-led groups help shape our strategy. The role We are seeking a 3rd line support technician to join our internal BAU support team. You will provide advanced technical support for IT infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role involves handling complex incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line support, supporting project delivery assigned by the Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Manager. You will also participate in system upgrades, either implementing new systems or supporting existing ones as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the skills and experience outlined in the job spec, with the ability to work collaboratively and assist 1st and 2nd line support teams outside their core responsibilities.
