Key Accountabilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our secretariat team and take the responsibility for their own client portfolio. Our team look after a significant number of clients ranging from small, owner‑managed businesses to large private companies. Day‑to‑day workload is fast‑paced and offers plenty of learning opportunities. We have a collaborative and supportive work culture based on knowledge‑sharing.
To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience of working in a company secretarial, client‑facing position either in professional services or in a larger corporate setting, be able to use Blueprint Oneworld system and have a good understanding of company compliance and monitoring. Ideally, you will be partly or fully CGI qualified.
