Salary band: £30,000 – £40,000 OTE (subject to personal and team objectives)
Chorley Group\’s flagship dealership in Chorley is recruiting a Workshop Controller to join the team. If you have experience running a busy workshop, preferably with a franchised dealer background, this could be the opportunity for you. We operate a busy Nissan and MG retail business, plus Isuzu and B2B vans and vehicles across our whole network of brands.
A prominent local employer and with numerous awards to our name, Chorley Group are an AM100 family owned and operated dealer group in the North West. We aim to deliver excellent service to our clients at all levels across the business, and this is an integral role in the success of the team.
We would expect that with experience in this role you know how to drive a team, managing the workflow and ensuring a satisfactory turn around for the customer as well as achieving departmental targets.
Responsibilities
- Control workshop loading
- Maintain customer relationships

What We Are Looking For
- You will ideally have Kerridge/Keyloop and / or RTC knowledge
- Manufacturer or franchise experience – preferably with Nissan or MG but not essential
- A good level of computer literacy
- Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line everyday
- Ability to work under pressure
