Are you passionate about the motor industry and looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Logistics Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth and efficient site operations at our Bolton dealership.
As the Site Logistics Coordinator, reporting directly to the Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site vehicle movement, managing forecourt and showroom displays, and coordinating the preparation of vehicles for a fast-paced sales environment. Your key duties will include:
- Coordinating vehicle movement on-site to ensure efficient use of space and timely availability for sale.
- Managing showroom displays to ensure vehicles are presented at their best to attract potential buyers.
- Supporting the Sales Team with logistical needs to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in the motor industry is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A full clean driving licence is essential for the role
