Our commitment to excellence has made us a trusted name in the automotive industry, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Experience Specialist to join our team.
This is a multi-franchise dealership with Hyundai newly on offer in Ormskirk, representing a fantastic opportunity to sell their high-spec vehicles. We recognise that our clients have researched the cars online, and our Client Experience Specialists are there to support and enhance the decision-making process, moving away from the traditional sales executive persona while still creating the opportunities that develop your earning capabilities.
Client Experience Specialist basic pay is £22,000 a year alongside a commissions structure with a realistic OTE of £40,000 (uncapped). This is a five-day per week role, Monday to Saturday, with two days off per week on a rota basis.
As someone experienced in this field, you know what to expect in your day: delivering a great customer experience, building lasting relationships with customers, giving 100% effort and earning yourself a truly great salary in the process.
Responsibilities- Following the company sales process 100% of the time, from enquiry through to delivery and beyond
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Keeping company paperwork 100% up to date and accurate
- Maintaining excellent customer and colleague relations
- Managing and developing customer follow-up and prospecting systems
- Complying fully with FCA approval and procedures
- Keeping up to date with franchise partner training
- Demonstrating the Chorley Group family ethos of ‘Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care’
- An excellent communicator and complete professional in their approach to customer service
- Smart, maintain high standards of presentation and pride themselves on their manners
