Responsibilities
- Processing and managing warranty claims across one or more brands
- Ensuring all claims comply with manufacturer warranty procedures and timescales
- Preparing accurate invoices for warranty work carried out
- Maintaining warranty debtor accounts and ensuring all claims are legitimate
- Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
- Working accurately in a fast‑paced aftersales environment
About You
- Previous experience in warranty administration within a motor retailer environment (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of warranty processes and manufacturer requirements
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
- Confident using computer systems for data entry and record keeping
- Calm under pressure with a conscientious approach to procedures
