As our Tenancy Support Officer, you'll play a key part in preventing homelessness, helping people settle into new homes and giving them the confidence and skills to maintain their tenancy long term.

  • What you'll be getting up to
  • Helping customers settle into accommodation and sustain their tenancy.
  • Identifying risks and creating personalised support plans.
  • Providing advice on budgeting, benefits and tenancy management.
  • Delivering support in homes, community settings and by phone.
  • Building customers' confidence, resilience and independence.
  • Working with landlords and partner agencies to coordinate support.
  • Providing housing advice, guidance and signposting.
  • Supporting drop-in sessions and early intervention activities.
  • Keeping accurate records and monitoring outcomes.
  • Working with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • Who we're looking for

We're looking for a people person who is passionate about helping others overcome challenges and succeed in their homes.

You'll be a confident communicator who can quickly build trust, provide practical support and motivate customers to make positive changes.

You'll be organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload, while working collaboratively with colleagues, landlords and partner agencies.

Whether your background is in housing, homelessness, support work or another customer-focused role, you'll understand how to work with people facing difficult circumstances and help them find lasting solutions.

Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to preventing homelessness, building resilience and making a real difference to people's lives every day.

Relevant qualifications are welcome, but we value the right attitude, skills and experience just as much.

  • This role requires you to regularly use a vehicle therefore you must possess a valid UK Driving Licence.
