About The Role
Location: Tatton Gardens, Chorley
Contract: Full time (36.25 hours per week) / Permanent
Salary: £27,694 - £29,064

We have an exciting new opportunity to be a part of the Accommodation team working together to provide on-site administration, excellent customer care and housing management to officers and managers at the council’s Extra Care facility, Tatton Gardens.
What you’ll be getting up to:
- You will deliver a professional frontline service assisting customers to resolve queries and complaints, and provide information on all Council services.
- Deliver low level support tasks and inductions and help customers to manage appointments whilst contributing to their Personal Housing Plans and Care plans.
- Recognise the diversity of our customers promoting participation.
