Fitness Coach – develop and deliver exceptional training and group classes for a state‑of‑the‑art gym in Chorley.
Inspire customers and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging exercise programming sessions, group training, gym floor inductions and exercise classes.
- Maintain the gym and studios to the highest standards – ensuring they are clean, safe and well presented.
- Interact with customers and add value to their experience each visit.
- Encourage participation in all gym and studio activities, promoting services that benefit members.
- Support the wider team in delivering events and community activities and contribute positively to the promotion of the centre.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of CIMSPA Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and communicate effectively with people of all abilities and backgrounds.
- Strong team‑working skills and adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
