About The Role
Location: Chorley Leisure
Contract: Part Time (up to 8 hours per week) / Permanent
Salary: £28,678 - £29,134 (£13.75 - £13.92 per hour)

Chorley Leisure are seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for sport, fitness and leisure to join the teams across our four leisure venues. This is a great opportunity to support the delivery of community leisure to residents in the Chorley Borough. Successful candidates will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
What you’ll be getting up to
- Leisure Attendants are responsible for the day to day running of the facility, with duties including:
- Customer service including managing bookings & answering enquiries
- Ensuring supervision is always maintained of the pool and leisure facilities
- Managing reception tills having financial responsibilities such as taking payments and bookings
- Supporting the Duty Manager in supervising day to day health and safety, monitoring checks & standards
- Providing a clean and enjoyable environment by maintaining housekeeping across the sites
Who we’re looking for
You must be self-motivated and able to work independently to maintain high levels of Safety, Service and Standards. You will be experienced in working in a customer-facing environment and have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will have a pro-active attitude to health and safety and be comfortable in working with members of the public – we are looking for confident and positive additions to our team!
