Are you looking for a new career in housing and customer service? We have an exciting new opportunityto be a part of the Accommodation team working together to provide on-site administration, excellent customer care and housing management to officers and managers at the council’s Extra Care facility, Tatton Gardens
What you’ll be getting up to
- Provide a professional front-line service, responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues and supporting access to Council services.
- Support residents with inductions, appointments, Personal Housing Plans and care plans, promoting independence and inclusion.
- Assist with accommodation allocations, tenancy management, rent collection, anti-social behaviour casework and income recovery.
- Maintain accurate records, process payments, orders, invoices and repairs, and produce service performance information.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive environment through CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, risk assessments and resident support.

Otherrequirements
- Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
