About The Role

  • Role: Arts & Heritage Cleaner
  • Location: Astley Hall
  • Contract: Part Time 10 hours per week
  • Salary: £25,185 - £25,583 pro rata, actual salary £6,948 - £7,057
  • Closing Date: 5 September 2026

What you’ll be getting up to

You’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of Astley Hall and Worden Hall.

  • Cleaning and caring for heritage buildings to high standards
  • Ensuring internal areas remain tidy, welcoming, and ready for public use
  • Working to agreed schedules and frequencies to support events and daily operations

Who we’re looking for

  • Someone with previous cleaning experience
  • A strong communicator
  • Someone with a positive approach to teamwork
  • Someone with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your workload

Otherrequirements

  • This role requires some travel around our boroughs. You should have a valid driving licence or the equivalent mobility.
