We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Solutions Engineering to lead engineering practice and drive customer success through innovative, tailored technical solutions. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between our product and engineering teams by understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive excellence. Empower team members with ongoing training, technical certifications, and professional development opportunities. Work closely with product management to provide engineering feedback and influence the roadmap based on market demands. Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. ~ Strong technical background with expertise in [relevant technologies such as cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, DevOps, etc.]. ~ Experience managing and growing a high-performing technical team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
