Role Summary and Impact. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Choreograph's proprietary data products and platforms. This role is central to defining and launching innovative solutions that meet market needs and client demands. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in product management, user research and agile methodologies to guide cross-functional teams in delivering impactful products aligned with Choreograph and our client's Enterprise Data and Technology strategy.
This role will collaborate extensively with Software Engineering, Technology Operations, UX Design and other key stakeholders. This is a dynamic blend of strategic product leadership and handsâon execution, demanding a solid understanding of the practical realities involved in specifying, building and managing globally scalable product solutions within WPP, WPP Media, Choreograph and our diverse client base.

- Cloud Architecture, Ad Tech & MarTech related Ecosystems: A deep understanding of the advertising and marketing technology landscapes and their product implications.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams across global offices to define a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data & Technology Consulting's solutions for clients data, technical architecture and transformation.
- Leading solution discovery, market research and user needs analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Translating strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Prioritising the product backlog, managing feature tradeâoffs and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value.
- Working closely with engineering, design and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Managing and meticulously documenting product specifications, user stories, and outcomes from stakeholder (Choreograph and client) workshops and interviews.
- Gaining a deep understanding of our client's technology and data strategies, serving as the goâto person for questions regarding strategic initiatives, proprietary product usage, and market trends.
- Defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product iterations.
- Providing leadership to product teams and peers by fostering collaboration, articulating product vision and strategy to senior management, managing resources, driving issue resolution, and holding self and team accountable for results.
- Proactively identifying and reacting to improvement opportunities within product development processes and systems.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in defining product vision, strategy and roadmap and overseeing product delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in product discovery, stakeholder management, and leading crossâfunctional product teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of the practical realities involved in specifying, building, and managing globally scalable product solutions within complex organizational structures (WPP, WPP Media, Choreograph and clients).
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Slack, JIRA, Confluence) and product analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Ad Tech, MarTech, Product Development Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), Data Governance and Master Data Management.
- Extensive experience in data analysis for product decisionâmaking, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
- Experience working effectively with teams across multiple physical locations and time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical product concepts and strategic vision to diverse stakeholders.
