The Royal School of Church Music wishes to appoint a Deputy Director with responsibility for the RSCM’s education programme as we approach our Centenary in 2027.

Reporting to the Director, Hugh Morris, the role includes overall management of our central Education team, with particular responsibility for developing relationships with church networks. The ideal candidate will bring significant management and leadership experience and be both collegiate in their approach and demonstrate the ability to think creatively, underpinned by a passion for the mission of the RSCM, which works to enable the flourishing of church music.

Please note; It is a role which is formally based in Salisbury with hybrid possibilities, not a remote-working appointment. The expectation is 60% weekly presence in the office in Salisbury.
