We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Programme Leader for our MA Music Industry Management. The post holder will be responsible for programme development, including planning, designing, delivering and organisation of the programme as well as shaping the curriculum and ensuring it reflects the LIPA values and provides the ultimate student experience.
You will be responsible for teaching on the programme; maintaining resources required for the programme, ensuring that sessions delivered are measurably effective and efficient and for engaging students through Practice Led Research and collaborative learning, reflecting on the latest industry trends and the current developments in the field to maintain awareness of the competitive environment for sustainable employment.
Liaising with external organisations and partners and developing further collaborations is intrinsic to the role and the success of our students. You will also need to be able to manage competing priorities effectively and be passionate and committed to supporting inclusive learning.
The role combines programme leadership responsibilities with additional teaching contributions within the Management Department and across the institute; teaching allocation will be agreed with the Head of Management in line with departmental requirements.
