Highlyalis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Management Accountant/MI Analyst.

The company:

  • Provides technology and expertise to a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors including travel, logistics, recruitment, and financial services.
  • Client base ranges from SMEs to multinational corporates.

The Role:

  • Assist with the smooth running of the month-end processes.
  • Produce month-end management/financial reporting and assist with consolidations.
  • Manage quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and planning.
  • Ensure provision of robust and timely monthly management accounts.
  • Produce accurate P&L estimates and forecasts on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage marketing costs and analysis, monthly accruals, and overhead analysis.
  • Work closely with the FP&A teams and business partners to produce cost centre forecasts.
  • Analyse spend reports, profitability, and management payments.

The Candidate:

  • Possibly a graduate student or part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
  • At least 3-5 years management accounting experience or qualified by experience with all-round sector experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (specifically Pivot tables).
  • An eye for detail and strong all-round analysis skills.
  • Comfortable working across the business supporting operations and commercial teams.
  • A strong communicator, comfortable challenging processes and building strong working relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise well and work to tight deadlines.
  • Commercially aware with good planning and organising skills.
  • A team player with drive and determination.

(Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home)
