We are seeking a skilled Senior Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional service at our bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair
- Create unique cocktails and recommend suitable pairings
- Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Previous experience in a bartending role, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in basic maths for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
