You will take full charge of a flagship Chopstix restaurant in the Northwest – where pace is high, standards matter, and the energy never really drops.

You’ll:

  • Lead from the front in a fast, high-volume environment
  • Build and develop a strong, engaged team that’s proud of what they do
  • Own the numbers – driving sales, profit and performance every week
  • Keep things running smoothly while staying quick to shift when things change

We’re looking for a GM who:

  • Has solid experience running high-volume restaurants (QSR or similar)
  • Is a natural people leader, visible, hands‑on, and all‑in with their team
  • Knows how to balance standards and pace without losing the vibe
  • Is commercially switched on and owns their results
  • Brings resilience, energy and a real lead the way mindset
