Chopstix Gateshead is seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive a busy front-of-house and back-of-house operation, training staff and ensuring outstanding customer service.

You will be the face of the store, lead by example, and support the manager while promoting teamwork to boost food quality, service and sales.

Flexibility for late shifts (up to 4am on select nights) and a focus on people, integrity, and a fast-paced environment are essential to thrive in this role.
