Overview

This role is for a passionate team member who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

They will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a higher‑quality dining experience.

Job Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, creating a fantastic experience.
Take and pack orders, ensuring food is presented and delivered exactly to specification.
Maintain the front counter, restaurant and toilet areas clean and tidy at all times.
Assist the back‑of‑house team when required, preparing food ready for the Wok Chef.
Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure customers' happiness by providing Bolder Flavours and a consistent dining experience.
Be flexible to work late nights, up to 4am on selected evenings, and adapt to shift changes.
Serve with a smile and maintain a positive, fun attitude.
